INTAKE MANIFOLD

Remove the engine cover. (See page EM -
8) |
| 2. |
Disconnect the TPS connector(A) and ISA
connector(B).

| 3. |
Remove the PCV hose(A) and breather
hose(B).
|
| 4. |
Remove the accelerator cable by loosening the
locknut, then slip the cable end out of the throttle
linkage. |
| 5. |
Remove the delivery pipe(A).
|
| 6. |
Remove the heater hoses(A), PCSV(B), and brake
vacuum hose(C).
|
| 7. |
Remove the intake manifold
stay(A).
|
| 8. |
Remove the intake manifold.
|
| 9. |
Installation is in the reverse order of
removal. |
Exhaust manifold
| 1. |
Remove the engine cover. (See page EM -
8) |
| 2. |
Remove the front oxygen sensor
connector. |
| 3. |
Remove the front muffler(A).
|
| 4. |
Remove the heat protector.
|
| 5. |
Remove the exhaust manifold.
